Use of the Software is limited to authorized personnel of CX Enterprises LLC and its affiliated companies. No license, right, or permission to use the Software is granted to any other person or entity.
The Software may not be copied, distributed, sublicensed, resold, or made available to any third party.
The Software processes only data belonging to CX Enterprises LLC and its affiliates, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, for internal business use only.
