This policy covers the CX Internal Reporting App, a private integration operated by CX Enterprises LLC solely for itself and its affiliated companies. The app has no public users and offers no services to third parties.
With the explicit authorization of each affiliated company's administrator, the app retrieves that company's own accounting records (such as chart of accounts, transactions, customers, and vendors) through the QuickBooks® Online Accounting API.
Retrieved data is used exclusively for internal bookkeeping, consolidated financial reporting, tax preparation, and archival for the companies that own the data. Data is stored on company-owned infrastructure controlled by CX Enterprises LLC, protected by encryption and access controls. Encrypted backups are retained in accordance with applicable record-keeping requirements (typically seven years for financial records).
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose data to any third party; we do not use data for advertising or marketing; we do not process data belonging to anyone other than CX Enterprises LLC and its affiliates.
A company administrator may revoke the app's access at any time from their Intuit account settings, or by contacting us.
